Recently, presales have been problematic, because of the quick dump that comes right after the claim is activated. As a result, presales have been treated with caution as of late. However, we do have a special claiming system that is aimed at preventing this issue. Upon claim being activated, each and every person would start off with being able to claim 0% of their presale amount. Every 5 minutes of not claiming, the percent would increase by 1%. Upon clicking claim, you would claim X% of your unclaimed presale amount, and the claim percent would reset back to 0%. By doing so, there is no single best time to claim, and when the best time to claim would be determined by the actions of other people that have participated in the presale, which would be impossible to deduce beforehand.
